โI'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!โ
โA small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard. โ
โAll the reception staff and breakfast restaurant staff were friendly and helpful!
Very pleasant stay.
We stayed 3 nights and only had service water the first night.
It would have been better if we could have received water for the second and third night as we stayed for two consecutive nights.โ

โHotel and room was super nice. I had comfy sleep on the bed. Staffs were very very kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Everything i really enjoyed. โ
โL'hotel รจ molto vicino al centro e a tutto ciรฒ che serve (negozi, ristoranti, caffetterie). Stanza comoda e climatizzata. Quel che rende diverso questo hotel รจ il fattore umano: il personale รจ sempre stato disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta, oltre che fornire consigli e indicazioni utili, oppure semplicemente fare quattro chiacchiere!!! ๐โ
โThe staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great serviceโ
