Amazing place! Kind personal and a really nice restaurant 😊 nice view and good rooms! A five minute taxi drive or 40 min walk to the old town.

Well worth it!

We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

The views were amazing and the woman was very friendly, however the room had an odor and did not look like the room in the pictures on the web. If you are used to 4 star hotels I would look elsewhere.

dobre miejsce do krótkiego pobytu w pojedynkę. Obok jest restauracja czynna od 8.00 ceny umiarkowane jedzenie dobre. Jest miejsce parkingowe. Uwaga wejście od strony ruchliwej ulicy. samochody słychać na okrągło - trzeba to wziąć pod uwagę w razie wyjazdu na wypoczynek. Właściciele - przyjazne przyjęcie, minimum formalności. Standard obiektu zgody z opisem. Polecam na krótkie wypady do Kotoru i okolic.

El lugar está limpio, lindo, ubicado junto a un muy buen restaurante y con playa saliendo de ahí, está lejos del casco antiguo, aproximadamente 30 min caminando, pero si estas tranquilo y te gusta caminar está bien.

Sympaattinen majatalo vartin kävelymatkan päässä Kotorista. Palvelu oli erityisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta, kyseessä vaikutti olevan perheyritys. Huoneet olivat perussiistit, kylpyhuone hieman pienehkö, mutta varusteltu hyvin muun muassa hiustenkuivaajalla. Kauniit maisemat parvekkeelta. Auton sai hyvin parkkiin majatalon eteen. Edullinen valinta, alakerrassa tasokas ravintola.

В отеле все абсолютно замечательно, вид из окна на залив - прекрасный. Но это никакие не 900 метров от центра Котора, как указано, а около 4 - 5 км!!!

This is a great pkace-stay here

I have been on a 5 1/2 month trip,and i normally stay in hostels,but this was the one place that i decided to spend a bit more on to truely enjoy myself...and it did NOT let me down.it is less than a block's distance from the main promenade,seperated by nice,well kept back yards with fruit trees and the such. It is on a bit higher elevation than sea level,so the view was AMAZING...it is both quiet and close to restaurants,shops,bars,seaside night life/daily activitiesplaces to sit and look at the water/lights at night.in other words,it provides the best of both worlds. The hot water was really hot,and the refrigerator was really cold,which i don't always experience... Granted,i do not stay at a lot of fine hotelsso i don't have a lot of them to compare it to,but as far as i'm concerned,the owner lady was fantastic,the hotel was top rate,kotor bay is unbelievably beautiful and RELATIVLY uncrowded,(when the cruise ships are gone)it is clise to perast,which you must see.and if i could live there forever,i would
