โThis hotel is set in beautifully kept garden with 5 seperate buildings with 6 rooms in each with a central pool, reception, bar, restaurant area. All very clean and well looked after. The staff are all very friendly and really made you feek at home. Breakfast ran to 11 and it was all very relaxed...No one rushed for sun beds, no one put towels down early there were always many free all day.
The beach is an 8 minute walk...and is peobably the best on the island. Whilst the food in the hotel is...

โOld style hotel but we did prefer it to its sister hotel The Princessโฆ average 20 Min walk into the town and port.. Breakfast was great. We did have dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was lovely. Staff are full of character, helpful, and you can see that they try their hardest to accommodate all guests. The hotel does need updating โฆbut I would stay there again โ
โ1 min walk from Skiathos harbour bus stop.This hotel is just before you get to town & harbour.Everything is within easy walk- you can take harbourside walk into town or be adventurous and take back streets. Beaches 22 mins walk (google) although that is an average and we did it in about 15mins.

The staff are professional yet friendly and accommodating, we were always well looked after at breakfast, at the pool and at the bar area. Food was delicious and wine selection was good. The staff helped us with a few crossword clues!
Our suite was large with a striking design, and just a step from the pool area. Room was incredibly clean, and plunge pool on the terrace was a lovely touch at the end of a hot day.

โPerfect quiet location. Very convenient to the bus station which I used to visit the various beautiful beaches. My room had a kitchenette area so I was able to get food from local store and keep in mini frigerator for my convenience. Itโs easy breeze walking distance 5 minutes to get to Skiathos town center which is vibrant and where all the restaurants shops and bars/cafes are. The nearby New Port is nearby and lovely to walk by. I hope to return again in the future! โ

the Village is on the hill so has good view but need to walk up all the way and many stairs.

During the stay, hot water was not stable nor controllable so I and my friend both got scald bc very hot water comes out all of sudden almost every 2mins. It was repeating.

La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilitร di rapidi spostamenti nellโisola. Cโรจ sempre posto per parcheggiare lโautomobile nel giardino o appena fuori. โFabulous location if you dont mind a small hill climb at the end of the walk back from the port. We loved the location, very walkable to the port, but far enough away that it was quiet. Staff fabulous - so friendly and helpful. Beautiful pool and dining area. Definitely recommend. โ
