“The rooms pictures are not at all matching the actual rooms. The panormaic room on the app does not have the hot tub included in the app neither the promised open seaview. Despite of the efforts of the hotel owner to show us many rooms to choose from, we never got the panoramic room we booked on the app. Instead of the panoramic sea view that is shown in the app,we got a partial Seaview without any possibility to view sunset from our room.
