"Great staff!"

"Riad Rumi is an absolute treasure. From the moment we arrived, we were taken care of. Nor, the manager, welcomed us with tea and told us everything we needed to know. We had a dinner made for us on arrival, and it was exceptional! The service, the freshness of the food, it was our favorite part of the whole trip. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is large. Any questions we had were answered. Honestly, the service, the food and the property are all 5/5! The location is so central and easy to...

"The breakfast was wonderful"

"Awesome owners and staff. Highly recommend for anyone traveling to Marrakech. "

"Lovely place but what makes it extra special is the staff. Kierrahadine (sp?) was extraordinary in his efforts to help foreign travelers learn quickly what to do and not to do. He gave us a personal briefing and created a map for us. I can’t emphasize how helpful he was all through the stay. Other staff were also kind and wonderful. We stayed in the Green Tea Toom which was delightful. Also breakfast was really great. Location is great too - steps from everything."

"Modern room, super friendly staff and great breakfast"

"Adequate accommodation. Basic breakfast. Staff tired?"

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"Beautiful place to stay in an excellent location. Close to the square and also Medina entrance. Pick up spot for tours was close by. Staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff Housni is providing a very good service with professional manor, we definitely love to stay again if we are back."

"Staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Rooms had air-conditioning, were very comfortable and clean. Breakfast options were great, so everyone always had something they liked. Staff even arranged a takeaway breakfast on the day we were leaving before breakfast times started. The hotel is in a great location, central to most of the landmarks."

"One of the great hotels in the world"

"Our room was absolutely beautiful overlooking the pool area. The staff and grounds are amazing. It is truly a breathtaking experience and a peaceful retreat steps from the souks and Koutoubia minaret. Cannot say enough about this hotel!"

"Amazing place and amazing staff. We felt welcomed since day one. Thank you for everything. "

"Wonderful Riad close to all the action of the Medina. The staff made our experience with the best hospitality during our 3 night stay! Rooms are a little small but have everything you need to enjoy Marrakesh. Great jazz bar and rooftop right next door. "
