"My room was cleaned and bedding was done every day. But some furniture items needed to be upgraded to be honest. I found the staff are very helpful especially the concierge team. My flight was cancelled and my luggage was delayed by the airline. The concierge team stepped in to explain and direct me where to get some items of clothing and personal items before the shops closed as I arrived late in the evening. Their service is excellent."

"This was my first stay at Shangri-La, and the exceptional customer service made it truly memorable. The staff consistently went above and beyond—from helping us settle into our room and promptly delivering ice and glasses, to accommodating a late checkout. They also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Shang Palace when the restaurant was fully booked, allowing us to experience its exceptional Cantonese cuisine. Every request was handled quickly, warmly, and professionally. After this experience, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special."

"The location is excellent and convenient! One suggestion is to move the shelf above the sink in the bathroom to somewhere else. If that was done, I would strongly recommend this hotel to others. The shelf is very very poorly designed as I can’t wash my face and my husband hit his head to the shelf at least once during the 1+ week stay."
