Check-in war kurios, konnten meine Buchung nicht finden. Gaben auf mehrmaliges nachfragen kurze, ausweichende Antworten in englisch u. unterhielten sich sonst nur auf thailändisch. Unprofessionell! Später fand sich die Bestätigung dann an. Nach meiner Bestätigung war das Silvester-Dinner im Preis enthalten, nach deren Aussage ist es nie der Fall. Ich soll mich an Expedia wenden. Traurig, dass das Gebäude so schlecht instand gehalten wird. Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Die meisten Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schade auch für die Angestellten. Die tollen Bilder werden dem tatsächlichen Zustand nicht gerecht bzw. sind veraltet. Lage ist sehr schön, tolle Dachterrasse und Aussicht. Frühstück war auch sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Förväntade oss ett slitet hotell baserat på tidigare recensioner men inte att det var så illa. Rummet luktade unket, var väldigt smutsigt och flera av de utlovade faciliteterna saknades. Inget som kan rekommenderas. Oförståligt att detta hotell har 4 stjärnor! Enda positiva var ett okej poolområde och läget.

Det er mig ubegribeligt at dette hotel har 4 stjerner. Det er faldefærdigt og burde total renoveret fra A-Z hvis det overhovedet kan betale sig. De billeder af hotellet man kan se hos Expedia er fra det var nyt for mange år siden eller også er de manipuleret med. Føler mig snydt!!!

Ehemals schönes Hotel in grauenhaftem Zustand

Das Hotel dürfte vor 5 bis 10 Jahren ein echtes Schmuckstück gewesen sein. Inzwischen ist es allerdings völlig ungepflegt und heruntergekommen. Das spärlich vorhandene Personal ist bemüht. Laut Auskunft des Personals leide der Hoteleigentümer allerdings seit einiger Zeit unter finanziellen Problemen, weshalb kein Budget für die Instanthaltung vorhanden sei.

Ótimo hotel, um pouco antigo, mas ótimo. Dez minutos caminhando da praia, linda piscina e ótimo café da manhã, quarto enorme e varanda...... Preço justo.... Só podia melhorar o Wifi que era péssimo..... Muito ruim mesmo....

Lungt hotell med trevlig personal.

Hotellet var väldigt fint men rätt så slitet och vi hade problem med mini myror på vårt rum som sedan var överallt i vår packning och över vår mat o kläder och på/i sängen. Hotellet låg också väldigt bra men var väldigt tomt tyvärr.

Personnel ne parlant pas dutout anglais! Nous avions commandé la pizza fruit de mer nous sommes tombés malade, sans oublier que nous avions attendu 2h pour l'avoir, et sans couvert! L'autre pizza sur le menu contient moins d'ingrédients qu'une pizza margarita! Pendant 2 jours je demandais du papier toilettes ! Jusqu'à ce que j'aille me plaindre à la réception! Le personnel ne sait même pas lire leur propre aditions! En gros, hotel pas digne d'un 4*, mais plutôt 1 maximum, à fuire Sincèrement

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Das Hotel war einmal das beste Haus in Ao Nang. Leider ist das schon lang her. Es braucht dringend eine umfassende Renovierung, aber seinen Charme hat es nicht verloren. Vier Sterne verdient es im aktuellen Zustand definitiv nicht mehr, allerdings war es auch weit preisgünstiger zu haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut, auch das Restaurant ist für ein Abendessen zu empfehlen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es liegt etwas abseits, dafür ist es aber auch sehr ruhig verglichen mit dem Zentrum von Ao Nang. Alles ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ins Zentrum braucht man gut zehn Minuten.

Nice hotel.

Very good. It has amazing swimming pools and serves good food. It also has a happy hour where you can get 2 drinks for the price of 1. The hotel is located close to Ao Nang main road and there is a lot ot shops, restaurants and other stuffs to do. Am not giving a 5 because there was water leakage in the bathroom and the WIFI kept disconnecting. In general, the staffs were pleasant but some of them needs to seriously learn to the courteous.

Apenas uma noite antes de ir a Phi Phi

Voltando de Cingapura rumo a Phi Phi não consegui pegar o último ferry boat a tempo então precisava de um hotel para passar a noite em ao nang já que tentar um barco privado para Phi Phi é muito caro, me vi surpreendido com a beleza do quarto deste hotel, muito limpo e arrumado. Voltaria a me hospedar aqui certamente.

Great Memory for Us

We celebrated our 30th Anniversary on this trip and came from a busy travel itinerary before. We arrived tired, so we just rested, read books, swam, ate meals in the hotel and nearby restaurants. Everyday we got a massage and pampered in other ways like manicures, etc. The hotel staff was a highlight. They were very friendly and hospitable and met every need we had. I would go back to the hotel again just to see the staff. The breakfast buffet was big, and although it catered to an Asian demographic, we still found many options for an American breakfast. The wifi in the rooms could be improved. It was an excellent experience staying there. We were not disappointed and quite the opposite. We left with a good memory of a special milestone in our lives.

This is not a 4 star hotel maybe 20 years ago.

The only nice thing about this hotel is the pool and staff. This hotel is no longer a 4 star maybe 20 years ago. The property needs to be updated. The rooms are in terrible condition. My room had ants and bugs all over including the bed. This should not be an expedia propertly.

가격대비 괜찮음

아오낭 시내까지 걸어서 5분정도 나가야하지만 걸어다닐만한 거리였고 아오낭비치 역시 걸어서 가기 충분했다 위치적으로 좋았던거 같다. 방을 1층에 배정받아서 수영장이 가까워서 이용하기 좋았고 단점으로는 개미가 있었다는거. 조식도 나쁘지 않았고 좋았다.

Most disappointed I've ever been in a Hotel.

I will start with the positives: -Close to the center of Ao Nang, 10m walking or 80bht wit a Tuk Tuk -The pool area is actually very nice -The staff in general was very helpful and well mannered, despite limited English skills Now I won't even mention the number of stars this hotel holds, this hotel is huge and seems completely abandoned, it is literally falling apart. There are more staff members than clients, and yet there isn't enough staff for all the facilities they've got. Result is that the spa/gym/pool bar etc are almost always unattended, and generally I have the impression that no one is responsible for maintaining those areas. The rooms are huge, but also falling apart, my toilet sit was held together by something that looked like cement, a grey glue. Furniture semi destroyed, electric cables out of the power sockets. I had also paid for the room with a pool view, what I got was a room with the view on a construction site, if you leaned over the fence on the balcony you could see part of the pool that is true, but the view from the room wasn't worth paying extra. Unless the pool is a must, anyone would be better off staying at a well run B&B, even if the prices were the same, which they're not. I don't like writing this because the staff still manages to do a decent job, despite the conditions they're having to work in, but unless this place undergoes some drastic changes, I'd suggest you stay away from it.
