The room was very clean. Olga did a great job making sure we were comfortable in the room and had everything we needed. She was also very helpful with getting transportation in the early hours of the morning to get to the airport.

Hard to fault. Apartment is in a fabulous location right in the centre of Krakow's Old Town. There are dining and takeaway options literally at your doorstep, and a short 10 minute stroll to Central Station and a huge shopping complex. The apartment itself was modern, clean and roomy. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my two teenagers. We arrived late but we were given clear instructions on how to gain entry to our room. Hotel is in an excellent area, so close to the main square. Staff were very friendly, and even organised our private transfer and our trip to auschwitz. Would highly recommend.

Clean, spacious studio flat, right by the main square just few steps away. Very handy a 24 hr shop more or less next door to pick up essentials like milk, snacks drinks etc. Check in easy and quick. Room quiet too.

Beautiful room in a lovely area, a 30 second walk to main square. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Elevator in the building and a lovely reception area with friendly staff. The bed was really comfy and the shower was always hot and powerful. We would definitely stay again.
