The staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring and the hotel itself was fantastic and quiet. We also had a lovely meal in the hotel’s restaurant, the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will be returning to use it again in the future.

This hotel was a fantastic blend of modern features and old-school touches. It was very easy to walk to tourist sites and the train station. All employees were friendly and I felt very safe there as a solo female traveler.

This is a wonderful hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional and breakfasts are so good. Krakow is a stunning city to visit and the Hotel Francuski made our trip even better still.
