Kraków, Lesser Poland Voivodeship hotel rooms at the Leonardo Hotels

"Room was big enough for what needed it for. It was really central and couldn’t be closer to the square if we tried. Really nice place architecture wise. I’d definitely go back. Only thing that drops a star is the shower curtain as awful, it was broken so it wouldn’t stay in holder and as soon as you increased the pressure it just went everywhere. So you had to hold it with one hand while showering. The staff were really nice and really helpful too. As I say, I’d definitely go back. "

"Thank you for a great stay, nice comfy beds, plenty of pillows, pillow menu and worth the paying the extra for a larger room. Service was good, staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for ourselves, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre where the restaurants/bars were located. "

"The hotel is ideally located for exploring and being close to local amenities. Our room overlooked the main street, but was very quiet and nice to look down onto. Our room (a standard queen) was large, with a sofa and nice bathroom. We used the spa multiple times - the pool, sauna, hot tub etc were free to use up until 10pm. They provide towels and slippers and lockers free of charge. We didn't use the restaurant but had the water out of the mini bar (go over the road to the local Carrefour express - much cheaper!). We also used reception to book our tours (Auschwitz and Salt Mine) in advance of our arrival which was very straight forward. We have already recommended this hotel to family and would definitely stay again. Clean, spacious, great location and helpful staff. All round win. "

"This is the perfect place to stay in the old town Krakow. Dining and shopping only steps away. Hotel is extremely clean and staff is wonderful and very helpful with any questions or arrangements. Easy pick up location for tours which is a plus with early morning starts. The food and associated restaurants are wonderful.The welcome and departing gifts were a pleasant surprise. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. "
