La struttura è graziosa, moderna, pulita a pochi passi dal centro storico, posizione ideale! Check in e check out agevole. Ci sono alcune cose che migliorerei: abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti, e ci hanno fornito un piccolo telo ed un asciugamano da viso, francamente un po’ poco per 3 notti considerando anche che la doccia tende a schizzare ed allagare il bagno e forniscono un solo tappetino. A mio parere l’ideale sarebbe fornire un accappatoio a testa oltre ai due asciugamani. Mancavano fazzoletti/ scottex che sono a mio parere indispensabili in un appartamento. Il letto non comodissimo, differenzierei i cuscini. Per il resto nulla da dire, arredato con gusto pratico e pulito. Per un weekend a Cracovia lo consiglio!

The location of this property was excellent and made it very easy to explore, being just a short walk from the main square. Although there were some roadworks nearby during our stay, this didn’t cause any inconvenience as we were usually out before they started each morning. When we first arrived, the room appeared clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we later discovered quite a few silverfish in the bathroom, which we had to deal with daily. This was disappointing and made the space feel less well maintained than it first appeared. We also had an issue with the window not closing properly due to a loose handle. We contacted the property, and while they responded promptly and said an engineer would attend, the problem was never actually fixed during our stay. It also became clear that there are residents living in the same building. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to know in advance, as the noise levels were sometimes quite high. There was loud music most nights until around 1–2am, which made it difficult to sleep. The property did provide earplugs, which was appreciated and did help somewhat with the noise. Overall, this is a well-located place to stay with plenty of potential, but the maintenance issues, pests, and nightly noise did detract from the experience. I would consider staying again in the future, but I would have appreciated clearer communication about the presence of residents and what to expect.

El desayuno no es muy variado y es limitado en cantidad me gustaba más antes hace 6 años use este mismo lugar y tú tenías 6 diferentes opciones y te lo dejaban en tu puerta y bastante cantidad en el desayuno y nunca se nos cambió las toallas en las 4 noches que estuvimos el lugar es muy bonito y tienes todo muy cercas y eso es lo que me hizo volver a este lugar

The reserved apartment was changed to one in a different nearby building. Both are well located just outside of the Planty Park perimeter. The location is very good with most major sites easily walkable. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and convenience stores all nearby. The office rental staff was very friendly and helpful and the online staff responded quickly to questions and concerns. The apartment was clean and comfortable but while perhaps oversupplied with cleaning materials there were only minimums of bathroom and kitchen amenities. There were some minor maintenance issues that were nott resolved during our stay but did not cause any real problems. We enjoyed our stay and our visit to the great city of Krakow.
