I really liked the staff - very nice and professional- and the location. The room was not bad, I think the larger ones were even better. However, for a 4* I would expect many more amenities on both property and room level. Also as there is no reception, and the check-in is done in the restaurant it does not make people very welcome( offset by the staff members)

Not worth the money at all

This hotel would be OK for half the price, otherwise it is a big disappointment. The room and breakfast area dark and clammy. AC did not work, heaters went on automatically at night (in June!) and could not be turned off. Overall, the place had a feel of 1980s.

Staff did not speak very good English. The reception and bar/restaurant closed at 8 pm. Other than that, the hotel was excellent, very clean and quiet.

Super clean and stylish hotel in the heart of the historical downtown. Stay (in a double bed room) is very comfortable. Pros: - Free parking just in front of the hotel on the city square - Very clean and design interiors - Location is perfect for exploration of the city and its historical heritage - AC and heating works perfectly well - Little coffee shops and restaurants around have delicious coffees, teas, and overall pretty good food for good prices - The UNESCO park at the Palace is not bad for a morning run (closes at 4 PM and the Palace is closed in the winter... too bad) - Free breakfast - Speedy Wi-Fi Cons: - The hotel presents wrong images with Double and Single rooms on Expedia. Images associated with Double rooms are so called "Apartment rooms" that are NOT available on Expedia but only on Booking dot com we were told. The Double room (biggest room for two) is of the same style as the single room only with a bigger (queensize like) bed. It is nice, cozy, but its not what is presented. We don't like these "little baits!!" - The hotel does NOT have Spa nor gym as it is presented on Expedia. Another "marketing bait" - There is no restaurant in the hotel

Hyggeligt hotel midt i den gamle by.

Rigtig dejligt hotel i centrum af den gamle del af byen. Har flere gange været på hotellet og vender gerne tilbage. Rigtig flot og hyggeligt hotel til en billig pris. God morgenmad. Gratis parkering. Meget venligt personale.

Charming!

Was my first time in this lovely city and I loved this hotel. Renovated, yet still charming. Spotlessly clean, quiet. Surprisingly generous breakfast. Welcoming staff. The only thing I was missing I could think of is mosquite nets in windows.

Great location

Small hotel right on town square so perfect location. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean. worth asking for a room overlooking the square as my view was not great! Breakfast buffet of eggs, sausages cold meats/cheese and pastries. There was no food available in the evening and the reception is closed and door is locked from 10pm.

La Fresca

The Hotel La Fresca is located in the heart of Kromeriz and the main square. Whether on business or on holiday, this hotel is an ideal base for sight seeing and getting around the Moravian region of the Czech Republic. The hotel itself, is very clean, comfortable, has free WiFi access and is a relaxing place which is essential if you are on business like I was whilst working in the area. Street parking is chargeable, however, this hotel includes parking in its daily room rate, so you don`t have to worry about topping up your parking ticket by paying at the street parking meters. Breakfast is nothing special but still more than adequate. Enjoy La Fresca.

Comfortabel Hotel in leuk stadje

Leuk hotel op marktplaats in stadje. Het personeel spreek goed Engels - heerlijk. Vriendelijke ontvangst en mooie kamers in specifieke, oud stijl. Deze stijl is doorgevoerd tot in alle details. Uitzicht over marktplein, of (minder) achterkant. Als het uitzicht voor jouw belangrijk is, probeer dan een kamer aan de voorkant te boeken. Gratis parkeren voor de deur (je krijgt een gratis parkeervergunning van het hotel voor het aantal dagen dat je er bent). Prima en uitgebreid (ook warm) ontbijt. Je voelt je er thuis. Ik heb er niet warm gegeten, maar het restaurant zal ook wel goed zijn. Aanrader!

観光に便利な広場ホテル

部屋は趣向を凝らした内装で、浴室はバスタブ付きと悪くない。シングルのベッドはソファのように前後、片側に仕切りがあり、寝返りを打つ時に掛け布団がずり落ちるのが小さな欠点。家の裏側に面した部屋は非常に静かだった。駅から約10分歩くが、中央広場に位置しているため、城とその庭園がすぐ近くにあり、またフラワーガーデンにも行きやすい。下はレストランで、観光にはぴったりのホテルだ。

Air Conditioning Works Well in this Nice Hotel

Great Air Conditioning especially needed on the top floor. Room and hotel was clean and elegant. Dinner was excellent. Location perfect. Quiet. Good WiFi. Nice place! Highly Recommended. Kromeriz is a neat destination with beautiful architecture, restaurants, nice strolls in town and the two parks! Highly Walkable!

Very nice. Quiet. Perfect location.

Great location. Right on the square. Quiet. Air Conditioning. Wifi. Good service. Kind staff. Decent breakfast. Very nicely decorated and clean hotel! Kromeriz is an excellent destination. Beautiful center. Chateaux park is great for a stroll. Garden Park is gorgeous. Everything is walkable. Even the train station is nearby.

Great hotel, great location and great staff!

This is a small but very nice hotel in the very center of Kromeriz. Just outside the hotel there is free parking for hotel guests but please make sure you mention that you have a car with you when you check in. One of the mornings I asked for take away breakfast because I had to leave for work before they started to serve breakfast. That was not a problem, I got a great breakfast in a bag with me and when I arrived to my car the hotel manager had cleared my windows from the ice. That is what I call service and solicitude for your customers. The breakfast has more or less everything that I could wish. The coffee was great, strong and tasty , which I can't say about 90% of the hotels I visit. The price/value is a strong 5 out of 5
