โBathroom was clean and shower area newly renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, lent us a connector when mine did not work. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.โ
โAmazing hotel with the best customer service ever! We were here for a wedding weekend and they helped us with early check ins and late check outs plus cutlery/plates for the bridal suite. Fantastic French restaurant downstairs. Just bring ear plugs if youโre a light sleeper due to nearby train tracks. Would stay here again โ

โWhat a great historical hotel in the heart of Ballarat. The room was up to date and the staff was helpful with our luggage. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and the service excellent. There was no problem with parking on site, especially upon our late night return from the Sovereign Hill Aura event. โ
