Very Good Location

The management was Very Good, and informed us 3 days early, that they had arrange the Room Unit and collection of Room Key inthe Mail Box, and before, we had arrived to Dorsett Residence. Location is Good, Only 10mins walk to Pavillion Mall and along the Bukit Bintang Shopping Area. About 15 mins walk to Jalan Alor Food Street, We are grad that had this Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang - De Space, We will come again,

Pas de service de concierge pour les bagages. Check in très tard à 15h . Nous avons dû attendre 3 heures dans le hall sans pourvoir aller nous balader puisque personne n’a pu nous garder nos valises ! Beau appartement et piscine avec une superbe vue ! Très bien placé ! Dans l’ensemble je recommande cet endroit

Will choose this operator without hesitation.

Check in was fuss free.. the operator was fast with their response as well. Location excellent. However can see the wear and tear of this apartment which is a smal Issue for us.

Close to all the action

This apartment is close to all the shopping and restaurant in the area. You do have to walk through the back alley to get to the main street. (5 min walk). The apartment is laid out nicely. The only problems we had were it was missing some small/finishing touches. Such as, paper towel (not toilet paper) or towel to use in the kitchen, fix the smell in the bathrooms, inform guest that the plugs are Malaysian only and they should bring the right adaptor also inform the guests where they can take their garbage. The beds were comfortable, lots of hot water and good water pressure while taking a shower. Loved that we did not have to actually deal with a check in person. Easy instructions on how to pick up keys and entry cards to building and apartment. The pool on the 30th floor has a great view of the city. Over all we had a good experience and would consider renting this apartment when back in KL.
