greedy receptionist

It s an old hotel. Location is superb. I paid in full with Hotels.com but the receptionist insisted that no payment has been made. I did not print a copy of my booking. I just settled in full because I need my room quickly. I will talk to other receptionist in the following days to rectify this matter. True enough, this staff admitted that his colleague should not have collected money from me as I have paid in full.

Good for the price

Friendly staff- the room was good but it’s a bit run down as a hotel. Sheets are changed and clean but are not super clean but they are clean enough! Really really good location in Bukit bingtang- close to the train, restos, shops, massage and night market

She should have told me: I can get a taxi but Ive to pay extra 3 Ringgit. She need to be trained before she took the job. For your information. please pass this message to the General Manager. Room number 315. Check in on the July 1st, 2017

Please don't charge to my credit card.

Dear Sir/Madam, when we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist told me the hotel already full, no more room for us. We didn't not stay in this hotel. So please do not charged to the bill to my credit card.

not worth the value and dirty rooms

Stayed one night at this hotel. Quite an old hotel and no refurbished. Quite torn down. Room was not clean with lots of hairs even inside the cups! Unfriendly receptionist. Didnt bother to ask for extension of the checkout time. Rather stayed out then stay in hotel. Location wise is good as it is just opposite LOT 10 shopping mall.

Stay away

Too many call girls stationed outside and inside the hotel. Staff did nothing to discourage them. A hotel to be avoided at all cost.
