Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
I booked this stay for my family. Once they came in to check in late night. We were told that the stay is overbooked by someone else and my family along with kids were outside for hours untill we booked another hotel. They tried to refund us partial amount from the booking even if they messed up. Super unprofessional service
