Clean But Tired

The room which has no window was clean, but tired. Especially the bathroom. The front desk services was very good and helpful.

Terrible. It’s not worth it. No real lobby. Lot of bugs... everywhere. Even in the bed ! Mold in the room. The photos doesn’t look like the hotel. It’s worth going elsewhere

Convenient hotel with basic facility

Check in is fine, location is good. However when we want to borrow the hairdryer, we can't get it at all and reception only claimed hairdryer is only available next morning.. Bed is quite hard and showering water takes long time to be hot

hotel was very clean and centrally located... room was large and satisfactory. Check in was simple and quick. Agents at the front desk were professional and courteous. Only thing I can say negative is signage.. i had a very hard time to find the hotel initially

Close to noisinest place in Kuala Lumpur.

Location is great in terms of accessibility to all location you want to visit in KL because food, shopping and transportation are just a few minutes away from the hotel.

残念ながら

KL到着がAM1:40でホテルに向かい、着いたのがAM3:30位でした。カウンターにいた若い男にチェックインの旨を告げ、デポジットで２０RM請求され、細かいのがなかったので５０RM札一枚渡しました。通された部屋がベッドとシャワールームの天井に穴がそれぞれ１箇所。机の上には濡らしたと思われるトイレットペーパー一巻き。電話台の下の棚には紙コップに入った茶色い液体が放置、掃除がされていないようで、髪の毛が結構落ちていました。１泊の単価が安いので仕方ないかなとも思いましたが、個々に後２泊するのは耐えられないと思い、その場で近隣のホテルを予約しました。翌朝カウンターにいた女性従業員の方に「部屋を変えますか？」と聞かれましたが、部屋の状況を英語で説明するのが面倒くさいので笑日本人の友人の所に行くから、と言ってそのホテルはチェックアウトしました。デポジットは２０RMしか戻ってこなかったのは言うまでもありません。サイトにある建物の写真にはホテル名の看板が着いていますが、行った時にはそれはありませんでした。経営者が変わったのでしょうか？

This can not be called the hotel, no hotel facilities, only the bed and shower. This hotel location is good, if the price is not worth it.

Budget hotel, paid what you get

Room is big for family but air-con needs an hour to cool down the room. Too noisy from outside street. Need to kill all the Mosquito before you can sleep.

Overall we love the location of walking distance to all major shopping malls and only 2 - 3 mins walk to eatery place at Jalan Alor, coin laundry which is just next 2 shops to the hotel and not to mention a few shops of convenient stores just downstairs of the hotel.

It was a very old hotel. I would rather not called it a hotel. It is just a motel.. the only good is its position. There were other hotel around there which are better. I would like to avoid this hotel next time

Peace in the city!

This is in the heart of Bukit Bintang, and offers a clean and quiet place to stay. Fairly basic (no kettle) and no food offered in the hotel, but there are so many good places to eat and drink nearby that that is not an issue.

overall oke. good place, near everything...

Menginap iris oke, walau acnya tidak terlalu dingin. Servicenya bagus. Kemaren kunci dikamar saya rusak, dan pihak hotel menggantikan dengan kamar yg lebih besar (harusnya 3orang dikasih 4orang). Dekat dengan guardian itu menguntungkan, anakku termasuk anak yg aktif sekali, kemaren jumping2 dikasur dan pelipis matanya berdarah dan bengkak. Untung ada guardian yg kita langsung bisa beli perlengkapan macem2 buat first aid. Hotel ini jg deket sama pusat makanan... jadi ga susah cari makanan.
