The room was of a average size with a small bathroom and toilet but had coffee and tea making in room. Hair dryer, and tap to fill up your cup to maintain hydration. Air conditioning was too cold for me so they supplied me with an extra blanket. The breakfast was on the 1st floor and offered a varied menu. The one thing missing was a hand towel. The laundry service was good.

Helpful staff

They had a large group the same week so the floors were not shockingly not as cleaned coming out of the elevators. Then some rooms were rushed. However, the personnel acknowledged & they were very responsive & helpful. I would visit again.

Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. Great location for the price if you want to be close to Bukit Bintang, but not on the main strip. Loved the eco-friendly built-in drinking water system. Cons: Room was a bit small, but if you're not going to be in your hotel much, it's fine. The shower handle looked like it had seen better days. The window shade in the shower had mold growing on it. No hand soap for the sink, and no one was available to talk to at the front after midnight when I got back. Overall: Good place if you just need a place to stay near the hub of everything.

Excellent service provided by the staff during our stay in J hotel. Hotel is near to TRX exchange mall and MRT. It is 8 min walk from hotel to TRX mall and 15 min walk to Berjaya Time Square.

A nice new hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's located close to transport, shopping and entertainment. There is some construction going on around it so the street is a bit of a mess but the hotel is fine. Only issue i had was with the very small fridge, other then that it's a terrific hotel.

It's worth all the money! I really like the property and how compact the room is because I like small, but compact room. The location is in the middle of attractions like Pavilion, KLCC Suria mall, Twin Towers and new mall called TRX. It's the nicest budget hotel I have ever stayed in Malaysia.

Nothing to complain. It’s better than a certain 4-star hotel I stayed in Melaka. It would have been perfect if they can get rid of the narrow sloping car parking rack which serves no purpose. Service is excellent. Place is clean. Walking distance to Pavilion & Bukit Bintang.

Even though it takes only 5 minutes to the main street, the pavement of the side street is uneven. Cars do not stop for pedestrians. The staff at the hotel are very polite, friendly and helpful. We are on the 9 floor, the room is spacious and bright.
