It is directly connected to s big shopping mall and opposite Lalaport. Very convenient location. The service apartment is clean but run down. Both toilet doors are warped and unable to close. The wooden door frames are rotten and carpet stained. No shower gel and room slippers provided, otherwise it's a good stay.

Outdated property with dirty amenities

Hotel is filthy with outdated toilet, difficult to flush. The bath tub was full of dust and stains, i was too hesitant to use the toilet and the bathtub becuase of stains and all the marks that were present there.

Locations excellent, No desk at the lobby, just a little table nobody to help at check in, had to look for the security to call someone to come down , waited almost 45 min. before someone came down with a room key, had to give 100 Malaysian money cash for deposit no credit card accepted, Had Wifi problem in the room took over a day before someone came to fix it. , at check out is the same had to call a number and someone waited for you with the 100 malaysian cash but must turn the room key in first

1st room they gave us was listed non smoking but had smoke smells. They provided no other options but to spray perfume. Extremely dirty towels and sheets, including blood, hair, and dirt. Rugs were filthy and smelled of urine. The second room they gave us was equally dirty, had smelly mildewed shorts from previous guest hanging in the closet - and the electricity got cut at night from the power company because they didn't pay the electric bill. The electricity was not restored.

予約していた部屋はすでにブッキングされていては入れないと言われ、この予約をキャンセルして、別の部屋を案内されました。 レジデンスの入り口の対応もガードマンしかいない入り口で、どうしようかとついたのが夜でしたので、しばらく待たされました。 どうなっているのでしょう。確認してください。とても弊社への信頼も揺らぎました。

4인 예약인데 휴지도 절반만 남아있었고 드라이기도 없어 요청했는데 불친절했습니다. 숙소에서 냄새가 많이났고 청결하지 않았습니다. 4인인데 수건도 2개밖에 안나오고 온수도 잘 나오지 않았습니다. 쇼핑몰이 옆에 있어 위치는 매우 좋았는데 숙소가 많이 더럽고 냄새도 많이났습니다.

Billeder levede ikke op til lejlighedens stand. Lejligheden fremstod slidt og sofaen beskidt, men ellers var lejligheden ren. Personen som vi skulle tjekke ind hos gav os blot en nøgle i lobbyen, det var det information vi fik om stedet. Faciliteterne i bygningen er super lækre, en super børne venlig og stor pool og et udemærket fitness rum.

First day we arrived, one our clean towel was damp and wasn’t that clean. 2nd day our toilet bowl was almost overflowed and they came to fix it 30 minutes later. Overall a good but can be improve.

We requested but did not get two access cards. The room was freezingly cold, when requested for two blankets, we got only one! There's no complimentary coffee, tea or suger. They charged an extra $10 per night, when I'm supposed to have paid in full! I'll never return to KL Service Apt, even if they paid me!
