After that, in the middle of the night, for twice, there are people knocking and trying to open the room door. The third issue is that the phone rang at 5.40 am, and when picked up the call, the person on the other side of the phone remain silent. Fourth issue, bathroom flooded when shower. fifth, there are stains on the bedsheet, pillow cover, and towels.
