This was my 5th time staying there. Good that the area around the pool has finally been fixed. Its not the smartest or the best equipped hotel and it is tucked away but its a great location if you don't mind A short walk and its very reasonably priced. Very clean, and polite staff. The kitchen and washer/dryer in room are great, though the kitchen equipment sparse. Maybe more than 2 of everything? 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 plates, 2 glasses etc.

I really enjoyed my stay! The suites are very luxurious and I really appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen. The AC works very well and I was very comfortable. The pool is also beautiful and there is a 7-Eleven right next door.

Nice location close to the airport and everything. But if you look for nice beach, it is not the right area to stay. Hotel offers free airport shuttle, it is a must but make sure to reach out to the hotel like week in advance as they didn’t answer our calls for a few days in advance and we had to pay the taxi at the airport. Communication with them through Expedia was a joke as this hotel only replied to us about airport pickup on on the dây when we were almost leaving.

great place to stay with super friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were all excellent (we were three diff times in diff rooms. The AC was excellent, pool was very clean and relaxing, gym was great. Just need cleaning cloth and spray for machines

This is a nice place to stay , great room cleaning service and great location, walk distance to the Petronas tower and to the Pavilion...next time I would avoid ordering dinner room service . But hey , no place is perfect
