A bit far from KL city. Hotel don't provide business central and also not allow early check in which will need sub charge of another 50% of the day rate which is too redicurious.New arrival guest can check in before 1.30 while I reach there before 10, was told to check in at 2pm or pay sub charge. Very un-friendly staff. More over the building was empty when walk out of the hotel which can be scary in the late night passing through as taxi will not drive to the main door and just stop moment they turn in.

worst hotel with very very arrogant staffs.

It is worst hotel in this area. I reached around 9am in morning, I asked for checkin but they said I cant check in before 12am. If I want to do now I will have to pay 1 day extra charge which was too high just for 3 hours. I said OK I need just one washroom so that I can change and go to city. They asked me to go public toilet which is just outside of premises from back side and it was too dirty. I will never ever suggest anyone to go this hotel again. Rating is false.

The apartments are close to the chan sow lin LRT station. the only downside is the noise of the train chugging past the property. The apartments are quite big , neat clean with full facilities. Not too many vegetarian eating places close to the apartment ( only a few chinese and nasi kandhar type joints). if u have a family, these apartments are quite nice. there are quite a few 24*7 shops.

The place is great the hotel was confortable nice suite cheap price good for 1st arrive at Kuala Lumpur metro train station is just next to it you can go anywhere you want grab also is cheap to anywhere from there great experience pool 7 to 10 pm nice

Pleasant stay at OneStop Residence

Nothing is so important than family, my kids have good time on the pool, I have convenient ride for office business since Plaza Chan Sow Lin just besides & attached with this building. Totally my family have a pleasant stay in this apartment

All i ilke but i think that like iron n board should be in the room no need to be request...no shampoo..no plastic bag for laundry...one of the plugs cant use n also the iron itself not in good condition..the plug was opened...quite danger

The apartments getting spartanly furnished & and they dont bother to decorate anymore. The wardrobe have a very strong stank smell. Everything feels dusty too.. I dont know.. I have good memories here last time...but the revisit let us down
