All the staff are wonderful including the conigrees (who arranged taxis, tours, luggage collection and delivery to the rooms), the door staff, receptionists, cleaners, waitress and waiters. They are amazing as they are all polite, friendly and helpful. Although the rooms are nice and spacious but they do need a deep clean in corners and around the edges of the room and there were a few stains on the carpet. "Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location. "

"Hotel room and bathroom was clean. Bathroom is spacious, with many amenities, which is good. Lavatory space is also clean and ideal. Love the vintage retro British doors to the bathroom. Like the idea of a mirror in the closet. Best feature of the hotel room was the bed. Have been to many hotels and the bed is one of the comfiest I have ever slept in.
