"Hotel end of checking in time is 6pm. We were late on our way there because unexpected snow on mountains mid September. "Our guesthouse apartment (#5, top floor) was very nicely built. clean, and spacious. It is right in the center of the small town of Alpbach. Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "We liked the property, however they say it’s a non-smoking place but they have ashtrays on the balconies and all of our neighbors smoked! It was terrible bc we’d have to close our balcony door and it was hot. Also there is no a/c nor fans :( "
