Lovely little cottage in perfect position next to a beautiful lake yet still so close to the beautiful Praa sands beach. Lovely big summerhouse right by the lake to use. Only a few miles drive into Porthleven for great restaurants or Helston for a supermarket shop.

Would highly recommend this to other families. Had a lovely weekend in Falmouth, staying in this accommodation. Property was very clean and tidy. Found the whole village so atmospheric. We all had a great time!
