Value for money!

Tucked away in the centre of Kuta, isolated from the hustle and bustle yet only a stone throw away from it all. Breakfast was simple yet adequate, enough to get you through to lunch. Swimming pool was clean and staff were helpful. Value for money! will stay again!

ポピーズ2からも近く、過ごしやすいホテルでした。ただコテージを予約したのですが、2階のバルコニーもない部屋だったのが残念でした。パティオやバルコニーでのんびりしたかったです。

Loved the small 'family feel' about the place - the place was quiet even with children present....nothing was too much trouble for staff I just needed to ask. Location excellent - half way between Garlic Lane and Poppies 2 and everything I was interested in was in walking distance. The first room I was offered wasnt to my personal liking however after asking I was given an excellent alternative. I personally would love to stay again....excellent price - I spent 22 days and used Ayu Lili as my home base while travelling elsewhere. My room and what I left in it was absolutely safe while I was away. Overall Ayu Lili Garden Hotel exceeded my expectations given its low rating of 2.

Value for money

Pretty good location and a nice pool. Close to the beach for surfing or whatever. The room are large and the showers run both hot and cold. The staff are friendly but there English isn't strong

You get what you pay for rooms were tidy small run hotel. Safe in room although not secured air conditioning worked well. Not crowed pool was good and quite. Great location. If your looking for a resort this is not for you. If your looking for clean rooms on a budget go for it.

Great location and very relaxing.

Perfect pool. Close to the beach, restaurants and mall. However, the hotel is so quiet and it doesn’t feel like you’re in such a buzzing area. The rooms could use some wall paint here and there and some other minor fixings, as they are a bit rundown. But for the money you pay, I think it is just perfect.

nice and quiet....needs some maintenance

It is a nice quiet place, but there are a few areas that need to improve. Breakfast is only available from 8 to 11, but 8 was when someone might show up and start boiling the water.....normally 8:30 earliest. You need to ask for a towel, and neither room I had, had a working safe...just needed batteries, but none available. The drain under the sink in one room was held together with tape, and leaked on the floor. Nice pool area, and decent WiFi .

I total wast of my money....

Room was not clean. Bed only had a top and bottom sheet that where stained. No daily housekeeping nor any house keeping the four day I stayed. This means no fresh towel. Rubbish bins not emptied. I had my personal towel laundered each day at my cost. No TV, no useful toiletries, no information and not helpful staff. The 6000 each they changed extra for breakfast a total waste of money. Within a short walk say max 650 metres found 7 places that offered breakfast cheaper and with a far better selection. Am sure if your choose to stay in Kuta you could find beater cleaner and cheaper accommodation. Had to purchase insect spay to spray for bugs, mosquitoes and other insects that I have never seen before. A/C did work though with the fly-wire allowing the out side in at all times the room temperature stayed around the 24c day and 22c nights. Still cooler than the outside. Pool was refreshing.

Vi möttes av ett lojt gäng som hade missat att vi var 3 som hade bokat. Vår ”extrasäng” var en madrass på ett smutsigt golv. sedan använde personalen hotellets personuppgifter för att på egen hand kontakta oss på sociala medier för personligt bruk. De städade inte en enda gång vi var där och frukosten var inte god. Det låg relativt bra förhållandevis till centrum.

Nice hotel owned & managed by lovely local family

I have stayed at another hotel owned by this same family. They are wonderful people who will oblige in any way possible. As a single traveler, I feel very safe in this location. It is not 5 star accomodation but it is very comfortable. I will certainly be going back there to stay again.

Nice and quiet hotel with pool

Nice and quiet stay at the hotel. Nice pool, which was a little bit cold. The breakfast was good until we had little glass pieces in our scrambled egg on the last day. Nice place to stay in Kuta if you want it quiet and not directly on the beach. It took us about 15-20 Minutes to the beach. The air con was a bit old and very loud. The bed was comfortable and the room clean. All in all a good place for a good price!

It was a bad hotel

In 40 years worse hotel ever. Beds uncomfortable, no maid sevice, grubby blankets & towels, poor all round hotel.
