The property was in a great location, next to conveniences store and the ATM, the cleanliness was not as impressive as what I was expected as there are some stans on a specific area. Rather then that everything else was great, the staffs are really friendly and helpful.

I jave a family of five so finding 1 place we can all stay together is a challenge. This place had 2 king beds and 2 doubles, i think a few of the couches pull out too. Its 3 levels with full kitchen and dining area, living room and more on the first level. second level had 3 bedrooms each with full bathroom and a bonus area. The third floor had a couch and 2 balconies. There is a private garage at each appartment. Staff was helpful and spoke good english. The restaurant had good food also. We stayed at many places on our trip to Bali as we like to see everything we can. This was by far the nicest accommodations we had.

The villa was very disappointing was nothing like the photos at all there wore planks of wood around the pool that wore lifting up and very unstable where my 2 year old niece keeped falling over. The main pool villa pool was very dirty and slimy When leaving the villa the stuff members wore very interrogating when we wore leaving The breakfast menu was very average and not very much to choose from waited like an hour for food to be sent to Are room and wasn’t the best

spacious but need better hygiene

room is really spacious and comfy. has 3 storeys and tiny pool accompany with 5 toilets. air con is old and not very cool enough. view is nice at rooftop, you can see part of waterbom, most staffs are nice breakfast is al carte not buffet... you can choose to eat in room. beds are very big but some curtains and sofa are dirty....no slippers and mini bar electricity is rather unstable......sometimes the room is out of electricity at night.....need to call the staff to fix it and the room turns very hot.......few small restaurants nearby, not near the centre of the city....hardly walk to major spots as there is only roads for cars outside and roads are very dark and narrow, seem to be dangerous while walking at night. taking taxi from major malls in kuta like discovery, lippo, beachwalk takes 10-20 minutes as usually traffic jam.....and charge 30k once as minimum charge here even blue bird taxi, but actually meter show 10k only....

Worth to stay for a relax trip.

Worth for stay if you wanted to stay in a villa. But if you are more interested in shopping don't recommend to stay here. As the location is not good. Overall everything is fine.

思ってたよりかなりお部屋は広くって満足でした。私たちは4人だったけど２人とかだと広すぎてしまう。 玄関付近にアリが行列していたけど気になるもんではないです。 シャワーは他の部屋でも使ってたせいか少し冷たい時もあった 朝ごはんは選べたけどまぁまぁな味だった。長期滞在するなら飽きそう。 ホテルから海やショッピング街まで歩いてみたら3０分くらいかかった。 いい道とは言えない。 ホテル付近には何もない。

Convenience

The villa's great for families (3 bedrooms & pool). However, the distance to Kuta beach is rather far. We had a driver and it seems it takes about 10mins to drive from the Discovery Mall to the residence. I am guessing that on foot it would be a distance. The breakfast was OK and there is a convenience shop just outside the residence.

looks impressive but...

Awful stay ever in Bali. Not recommended for a leisure trip. Very low maintenance apartment : rain enters, no coffee refills, one of the air-conditioner buzzes at night and no one follows up. We will never come back again.

Great place for a family get together

Visited with family , the bungalows are huge but its almost a 15 minutes walk to the beach !! The pools are small but the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

服務一流，傢俱需翻新，花灑水壓很弱

房間很大，住十人也可，私人泳池不錯，但消毒藥水氣味濃郁，但部份傢俱破爛，房間清潔度尚可。鄰近kuta square, 步行二十分鐘左右，但可借冇行人路，大多數時間與車同行，晚上較危險。
