We have been staying at the same property from last 4 trips. Its location is at the centre of everything. If you like the happening place then it is the right place. Their buffet breakfast menu has all the varieties. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have the restaurants and the food is amazing. Over all we will definitely go back there.

Great location in the hub of Kuta. Short walk to beach Clean room, nice balcony and pools and AMAZING breakfast buffet. Probably the best breakfast we have had in any hotel while travelling the world and free with our stay. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

帰国前の数日宿泊して、空港へ送ってもらいました。(無料)バリ様式のホテルが好きなので、古さは気になりませんが、共用部も客室も清潔に保たれていて、快適でした。朝食も迷う程の品揃えで、1週間宿泊しても飽きないと思います。(お粥もありました。) 施設は禁煙ですが、共用部に灰皿有りますし、部屋にバルコニーが有ればそちらで喫煙できます。 場所的には徒歩圏内で、生活必要品、お土産、レストラン等あり、とても便利です。ここを拠点に遠出観光には移動に時間がかかると思います。(渋滞エリア) スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで親切です。が、頼んであるから大丈夫。ではなく疑問を感じたら？と再確認してみる事をお勧めします。(日本人の常識通りでは無いからです。)

We loved our stay it was so delightful and the room had plenty of space good aircon. The staff where fantastic we are so greatful and really enjoyed our stay. Staff always smiled and room cleaned each day. We tried two hotel restaurants and bars. Food was excellent. We stayed for a week maybe next time two. Close to shopping markets, plenty of good food choices and the beach. Staff excellent so friendly and wonderful. Breakfast was perfect well worth the extra.

My stay at Kuta Paradiso was complicated. When I landed at DPS my cell service was nonexistent and I couldn’t get my phone to work, so I had my friend book a hotel for me. Since I was unable to call a Grab, she prioritized finding a place with airport transfer. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle had to be arranged in advance, so I was unable to get the service. She ended up booking another hotel and tried to cancel the stay at Kuta Paradiso but was not allowed to. They offered to let us change the dates but I decided to stay at the hotel, because I knew I was unlikely to get a refund for it.  Unfortunately, I do wish I could’ve cancelled because my experience was less than ideal. The breakfast was fine, the staff was kind, the outer facilities were ok, but the room I had smelled very dank and moldy. Almost like sewage. I called to ask about it and if I could be changed but they informed me that all the rooms would smell that way. I don’t know if that was true, but the solution that they came up with was to spray air freshener that didn’t really help. That really was uncomfortable and I found it to be very frustrating. I’m not certain if I was given the room because I attempted to cancel, but either way, I didn’t enjoy my time.

I did not like the pool. The steps were very slippery, I use a walker and was to frightened to go into it after the first try. This could be the only reason I might not return to your hotel in March. Otherwise everything was great

Check in was standard, though not the friendliest welcome. Room was upgraded, as per Expedia status. Though was nowhere near the standard I would expect for a 5 star super deluxe room. Pool view room, though the pool was only visible if you squeezed into the corner of the balcony. Had the continuous hum drum of an air con unit outside the window throughout the night Breakfast was not the standard you would expect for a 5 star venue. Food was replenished slowly on the buffet, there were a few stations around, but no signage telling you what was available, the food temperature was barely warm. As a one night stay after 24 hours travelling it was ok. I would struggle to stay here for longer.

Mostly the Kuta Paradiso was as expected. The staff were very attentive and always at hand if needed. Breakfast was great and very fresh. Our room was pool facing, so great views. 'The bouncing ball'........ there is a basketball ring in the pool...the only thing that was quite annoying was the continuous drop of the ball.... the noise echoed....but hey, that's just my opinion. Other than that, all was good.

8月28日から３泊、デラックスルーム5階、1人宿泊、バルコニーからの眺めは駐車場。 クタ中心部でビーチも駐車場から抜けて徒歩2分くらい、ビーチに出ると遊歩道を歩きディスカバリーショッピングモールも近いです。ホテル内はリゾート感がありスタッフも親切でした。プールは小さめでサンベッドは少なく午前中は満席で使えなかった。 部屋は、広く清潔。 バスルームも清潔で広く、中心部に洗面、シャワールームにガラスの扉、反対側に浴槽にシャワー付きで満足でした。 朝食は、ビュッフェで種類も多く、パンと白ご飯、おかゆ、フルーツ、デザートもあり美味しかったです。 広いので席も混むことなく座れる。 ただ一度だけ２日目の朝、白ご飯に1cm位のゴキブリの死骸が入っていたのが残念でした。炊飯器の蓋も閉まっていたのに。 毎日　デング熱による蚊の対策として防虫剤の煙霧散布をされていました。朝方に爆音で目が覚め5階のバルコニーまで景色が見えないくらい真っ白に分煙が上がってきていました。おかげで蚊に刺されることなく過ごせました。 スタッフの皆さんありがとうございました。
