The staff are excellent. The food is very good. The hotel itself is 5 Star and away from Kuta which is big plus because Kuta Is dirty and disappointing. This is a lovely setting for a hotel to escape all that.

Great spacious rooms and good facilities. One thing, there is a racetrack right next to the hotel where they race multiple times a day so the noise was really bothering. In two of our rooms there was a bad smell in the shower.

Struttura da designer bello da vedere ma datato nelle sue infrastrutture. La camera pulita ma spesso si sentivano cattivi odori stagnanti. La spiaggia non è comoda in quanto il mare è a ridosso di pietre, sassi e buona parte fatto di scogli. La struttura l ho trovata scomoda in quanto per raggiungere le spiagge più accettabili occorreva l'auto o una moto. La sera per raggiungere il cento di Kuta occorreva auto o moto. Oppure entro certi orari stabiliti dall'hotel potevi usufruire di una navetta gratis per raggiungere Kuta. Nei dontorni dell hotel non c è nulla. Non mi sento di consigliare questo Hotel a meno a che non decidi di noleggiare un mezzo oppure di accordarti con un driver del posto per poterti spostare.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The room, service, beach, pool, bar and restaurants were fantastic, and looked like something out of a postcard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that we could get a moped directly from the hotel to explore the area. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer, everything was fantastic.

A 5 Star Experience

We practically had the place to ourselves. The service was impeccable, they gave us a generous upgrade and they were extremely helpful in every way. You do need transportation to beach access.

My room had to run water for more than 5 minutes until the water temperature in the shower warmed up. That was not fixed when I asked the staff to remedy the situation. Also, the drainage in the shower room was poor, and when I used the shower, the water remained pooled at my feet.

Hidden gem near Kuta Beach

Clean, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, large pool and an easy 40 minute walk to downtown Kuta. We had a lovely stay here with our 8 month old daughter.

Great, big modern Executive rooms.

Klasse Hotel, wunderschöne Executive Zimmer. modern und komfortabel. Essen war sehr lecker und große Portionen. Preislich sicher über den Restaurants in Kuta aber für noch ok. Beach not really for swimming but Tanjung An is not far. Best to have a scooter or a car. hotel offers shuttle to „downtown“ Kuta
