宿泊初日の深夜、シャワーを浴びてベッドに戻るとネズミが走って逃げました。 23時30分頃です。フロントに部屋を代えて欲しいと全ての荷物を持って行きましたが、確認します。と部屋を変えることに躊躇し、夜中にフロントで20分以上待たされました。 あり得ない対応です。同ホテルは、設備が古いと感じる所も多くお勧めできません。

バリ島到着が夜でしたのでウブドへ移動する前に一泊しました。出発の数週間前に空港へのお迎えをお願いしたらすぐに回答がきたので安心しました。が、前日に連絡が入り25Ｋ値上がりした金額を提示されたので★一つ減。 部屋は少し古い感じはしますが広くて清潔です。窓からの眺めは期待できません、金庫はないです。 朝食ビュッフェの会場は少し暗いですが、一通りの料理はありました。ホテル周辺にコンビニ、スーパー、クリシュナ、飲茶の店などがあり便利です、大通り沿いに立地しているので少しうるさかったです。価格から考えると良いホテルです。

The restaurant food and service was poor, gym facilities essentially unusable, loud on main street and intersection, and awful food. The breakfast is reasonable. Limited English among staff, so service was wanting. It is not a four star experience at all.

I recently stayed at Swiss Hotel in Kuta, and overall, my experience was satisfactory with a few standout positives and some notable drawbacks. The location is on a busy road, but surprisingly, the room was very quiet — and that was my top priority. I was pleased to have a peaceful, noise-free room, which made a big difference to my stay. I booked the Deluxe Grand room, and the size was good and comfortable. The staff at this hotel are definitely a highlight — polite, professional, and welcoming. From check-in to breakfast service to the car park attendants, everyone was kind and helpful. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room, the breakfast area, and the overall property felt dirty and neglected. Everything looks very outdated, which adds to the impression of poor hygiene even if it’s just age-related wear. The bathroom, particularly the bathtub/shower, was not clean. The property, from the entrance to common areas, clearly needs an update and a deep clean. The swimming pool on level 2 is small — not really suited for actual swimming — and the gym was okay but nothing special. Despite the drawbacks, I did extend my stay and poor cleaning become frustrating. Somehow they were asking if I need cleaning and replacement towels were dirty and the never cleaned the shower

für eine Nacht OK, mehr nicht.

unser Zimmer war heruntergekommen und hat seltsam gerochen. das Bett war bequem und es war OK für eine Nacht, aber länger hätten wir nicht bleiben wollen. Auf den Bildern sah das etwas anders aus. Das Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück war allerdings lecker, das Personal freundlich und die Lobby war hübsch. Wir hatten bisher für weniger Geld viel schönere Unterkünfte in Indonesien.

滞在目的による。日本語のNHK は放映されていないし、ミニバー(冷蔵庫)も設置されていない。コスパを考えても 長期滞在には苦痛になるかも知れない。短期滞在の常宿としてよく利用している。内装は古いが、冷房や、シャワーの水量、ベッドといった基本的なところは問題ない。日本食レストランや、日本食材店至近なのは嬉しい。

Would never stay here. I wouldn’t recommended anyone stay here. From the day we got there , I started crying because of how awful the place was. I was trying to cancel , but wasn’t able to do so. The place was disgusting , not clean even though housekeeping had apparently cleaned the rooms. The sheets were stained , the bathroom , everything. I dreaded coming back to the place every time. Same with my family. The staff wouldn’t understand anything I was saying (yes I know the language barrier , but I was using google translate and showing them what I was saying). They tried to charge me for laundry , when they initially told me it was for free. They would mess up the food that we ordered, after it happened three times we gave us ordering food. I know it looks good online , but looks nothing like that in person. Take it from one persons mistake please

Hotel is full of mosquitos and rooms are definitely older than what is shown on the official photos. Furthermore, there was a huge problem on the second day with our reservation. The hotel reception pretended that our reservation was cancelled (from us). We showed them on our app that the booking was still active and that we did not cancel anything. They did not believe us and let us wait 1 hour (10-11 PM!!). Then they wanted an additional deposit and tried to sell as “direct special rate” (which was more expensive than the rate we booked for anyway). We did not accept. And the next day they realized that THEY did a mistake and did not even apologize. The only thing we received was a fruit platter in our room but no further comment was made. Conclusion: Will definitely not come back.

The staff and service was outstanding we really enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel is located on a busy major road but when inside you couldn’t hear any of the traffic noise. we caught a taxi everywhere. It’s a good stop over hotel if passing through. The hotel itself needs updating and upgrading. Worn and stained carpets in the corridors chipped doors and skirting’s loose floor board around the pool the room needed a proper bar fridge. it was clean and the room was large and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but it’s not a luxury resort it’s a good working hotel
