"Great location and helpful (mostly English speaking) reception staff. One thing to note is that the car park access requires reception to open the barrier. The night staff (just after 8pm) wouldn’t let us in as he couldn’t find our booking. Despite the fact that I showed him our key! Eventually sorted but a challenge."

"The hotel is not considerate at all, a few details, two bottle of water with caps but no opener, no way I could drink them, no tissues, only toilet paper in the room, no fridge, window crack, lots of bad details, also the staff were very rude, never smiled, when I asked them about street parking, they said not their parking, they don’t know, but it is right in front of their property, no clue at all? "Best location in Zakopane. Close to hiking trails. Close to the commercial center of town. Swimming pool, or two. Spa. Play room for children.. views of Giewont from many rooms. Balconies in some rooms. Excellent and very elaborate buffet breakfast until 11 AM (!) Nearby restaurant Karczma Biały Potok. A little further, but not to be missed, Karczma Czarci Jar. When in the commercial center do not miss STRH, and it is easy to miss."
