하카타 역에서 5~7분 정도 걸리는 점이 조금 아쉽지만 공항은 택시타면 2.5km안쪽으로 매우 편하답니다. 위치만 약간 아쉽지 가족 단위 방문은 추천합니다!!”

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to each and every staff member for their exceptional kindness and hospitality. Thanks to all of you, we were able to create truly special memories for our daughter, who has just turned 24 months old.
Everything—from the cleanliness of our room, the quality of food and beverage outlets, to the pool and onsen—was outstanding. I would gladly give a perfect score for all the facilities and services.
Special thanks to Faye for assisting with our check-in, and to Takamura and Oishi (apologies if I’ve misspelled your names) for helping us make a restaurant reservation in Beppu city. I’m also thankful to the staff who kindly assisted with check-out and valet service around 11 a.m. on the 19th.
