"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...
