"Very close to airport and on the beach. Helpful staff. Very quick check in and was able to get in my room an hour before check in time. Nice room and felt safe. Room had robes but no spa slippers. No tea making facilities. Mini fridge was so full of items for sale I had no room to put in my bits. Had many failed WiFi logging attempts and was too tired to go to reception to sort. I did not eat at the hotel as I missed breakfast due to start time of 8am on a weekday, and I had a 10am flight."

"Beautiful sanctuary close to Palma and the airport. Gorgeous resort with old style Mallorcan stone buildings, immaculately maintained. Basic but comfortable rooms - at the price I didn't expect more. The food in the restaurants is outstanding and so is the music entertainment, low key but sophisticated and a great standard. Service at the pool and at breakfast is very slow. It took 90 minutes one day for two club sandwiches to arrive at the pool. Please install padel courts in place of the tennis!"

"Staff were so nice, room was lovely, we received an upgrade and early check in. Breakfast and bar/snack food really good. Pool area excellent. Only reason for four star was evening buffet, food quite bland and some items only lukewarm warm. The lighting while fine during the day was quite harsh at night so not very inviting. This did not take away from our stay and I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"What an amazing hotel. It was my 6th visit and I have ashtray booked for next year. Staff and amenities were second to none, especially the spa. Location was spot on. Beach round the corner and airport 5 minutes drive away. Only downfall was the jotel food. Very disappointing. Also showers in rooms need upgrading."

"Loved this hotel especially for the price, the unlimited buffet was amazing and had so many options for people with dietary restrictions like myself. The room was also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that if you ask for an earlier check in, they charge you an extra 42 euros as a “re check in fee” which I’ve never heard of before, even if the room is ready earlier."
