"The property is in excellent condition very comfortable and modern. However, the reason I don't give 5 stars to everything is because I have a problem taking the baggage up from the entrance by trying to use the platform lifter. I tried to follow the instructions but they were confused , so at the end I have to do it by using the stair but I have a mobility rest There is nobody around to help you sort out I run out of battery on my phone so I was unable to get entrance until I found someone to help charging my phone"

"I love how it’s close to the train station. Also it’s very clean. I would recommend getting the breakfast. too bad we only had it one time because they don’t open till 7 and we had to go somewhere early but really good breakfast. gym is 24/7 although its too dark in the gym that i don’t feel motivated to use. Overall we loved our stay here and would definitely recommend"

"Excellent breakfast and the housekeeping staff are very thorough. I do wonder about the value of the reception staff as there always seemed to be 3 of them on duty and apart from checking in and out we didn't get much from them. Perhaps they have other less apparent duties. For the space I thought the room was very expensive."

"Location close to Plaza de Espana, but just outside the tourist heavy areas of Seville. Since we had a car, having the connected parking garage was a huge plus. The frig in the room is also a minbar, so space is limited if you want to refrigerate your own items. Shower was good. The whole hotel looked very new and polished (I don’t know if it is new). I would definitely stay there again if I was in Seville."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The comfort and service were excellent.The location was quiet but close to transport for longer trips and easy to walk to the main tourist sites in the centre. More shade would help sround the pool on hot days. The supermarket across the road and park next door are bonuses. We are very happy to recommend.Sevilla Centre."
