"Difficulty in language is you don't speak Spanish. Had a very rude check in staff who was not entirely helpful with the room smell we raised. Despite confirming that the room did have a foul smell, they refused to change room, instead left me with option to either accept it or forgo my paid reservation and look elsewhere attitude. They send someone with a small machine that was supposed to remove the odour from the room, the staff turned this oxygen generating machine in the bathroom and left in on for such a long time, the room was filled with gas and we all had severe bout of cough and nausea. Despite that the hotel staff seemed completely nonchalant and not fit to handle customer complaint. The pre check on service communication was terrible, was offered parking at the time of booking but then no reply to my emails about parking directions or how to access it. Ended up calling them before our travel and was told that they cannot guarantee parking and we have to enquire when we drive there and check in! The only good thing was it's location, other than that extremely disappointed with the hotel and staff."

"This is such a nice place to say stay and is in the perfect central location to see everything you want to see in Cordoba. The rooms vary in size but are bright, clean and well appointed. The double rooms overlook the street and have a lovely view. There’s a nice patio/balcony in the third floor with tables and chairs to sit outside on, and a nice breakfast for an extra charge. The staff were great. I liked staying here a lot."

"Nice front desk and a clean property. Great view from the top of the hotel. This is a very good two star hotel because it is older. That being said, it is beautifully taken care of and has an elevator. The beds were comfy. "

"The room is relatively spacious, and the pool view is very nice. The two windows make the space feel bright and relaxing. Overall, it is quite clean, although I did notice a small ant on the bed when packing up. The hot tub is easy to use and heats up quickly. The toilet area and elevator are a bit on the smaller side. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful with luggage, directions, and taxis. There was one interaction regarding check-out time that could have been more welcoming."
