“The room was clean and well maintained. There was a cleaning service every day, so I stayed very comfortably. The only minor problem was that the bottle of hand wash (liquid soap) and the tissue box got empty in the middle of my stay, but both were not refilled by the service. Had to contact reception. Breakfast was good, particularly croissant was so nice I took every morning.”

“The room was beautifully decorated, but the bathroom was awaiting refurbishment, which was in progress in other rooms. The staff were professional and friendly. Free parking in the grounds. Typical French buffet breakfast. Calm quiet hotel. We’ve stayed there before.”

“We had a lovely stay in an adorable room with all the little extras that make it special. The staff was very helpful. Location couldn’t have been better. Look forward to returning one day.”

“Royal Hotel is the perfect location to visit Versailles. It was an 8 minute walk to the gate. It is family-owned, and the hostess was friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed--a hot shower and very comfortable bed. Morning buffet had wonderful pastries, coffees, juices, and charcuterie. Highly recommend.”

“Excellent hôtel. Super agréable comme endroit. Nous avions notre petit chalet juste à nous. Nous recommandons l’expérience.”
