The property overall is excellent. However, our experience was marred by an unfortunate incident. After checking in early and returning late, we encountered a power outage caused by a hairdryer tripping the breaker. Despite contacting the front desk, the initial response was to search for a switch in the room, which proved fruitless. Even after escalation, the issue remained unresolved until just an hour before checkout. This inconvenience not only affected our ability to use appliances and lights but also resulted in spoiled food. While the staff attempted to assist, the lack of timely resolution left much to be desired.

We recently stayed at this property for work. The front desk lady was very unprofessional and in my opinion, rude. Our first room was nice. The day after check in, the mirror across from the bathroom started falling off the wall. I quickly ran down to front desk and he and maintenance came to the room. They were very kind and concerned for my safety. They asked if i wanted to switch rooms. I said I would be fine staying in the current room due to the amount of travel gear we had for work. They insisted I switch rooms and offered to move us to a suite. I accepted and moved rooms. The next day, I worked from the hotel and did not leave the premises until 630 pm. We returned at 9 pm only to find out our keys no longer worked. We approached the front desk and she said someone messed up and we needed to switch rooms. This was quite the inconvenience to move rooms at that time of night since we both had to work early in the morning. Again, the lady at the front desk was quite rude about it. The new room we were assigned was next to the ice machine and the breakfast area on the first floor. Needless to say, it was quite noisy. We were not offered anything for our inconvenience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. I have never been asked to move rooms, let alone twice in the same visit.

I had asked for 3 rooms to be together. They were all apart. I asked for a room with a walk in shower and she said they were all out, but a person in my group got one that they didn't want. I saw the price was 129.00, but I was charged 166.00. I was not happy with my visit.

We have been a two nights and had not had room service come into the room to empty any garbage tidy up, Make the beds or refresh our any towels. We had to call and then all they did was give us some towels and empty the garbage that we had a very small can in the bathroom to fill.

Our weekend
Archery tournament in LaCrosse. It was a very nice place and we enjoyed that when we wanted to eat there was a pub. And the food was great! The only thing I might suggest is to have plasticware by the coffee or teas. That way people don’t have to bother the staff later in the day. Truly a great weekend! THANK YOU for everything. Can’t wait til next year

This hotel was so pleasant to stay at in every aspect! The lobby, breakfast area and room were all so comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious. Plus it is pet friendly 😉 We would definitely book here again!
