I’ve stayed here many times… even once within the past month, I think the cleanliness of the rooms are just getting worse. Last room smelled like smoke (like I’m not even sensitive to that) and still had things in the fridge, this room had a dirty coffee cup with lipstick in the microwave and actual dirt on the toilet seat. Both times had the same check in lady who is not accommodating whatsoever. No elevator and I was alone with my two toddlers last time and had to lug both them and their stuff to the top floor furthest away from the check in spot at the lobby. This time the same lady checked us in the furthest room on the ground level to get to. She said we can just drive over there, ok I’ll pack everything and everyone I just brought in to get in the car again and go 🙄 it was not a capacity issue either as I was there on a Monday (non-weekend). I did ask her for a different room that was closer and she said no both times. 👎

I like the location to our family. I didn’t like being unable to check in until 4:30 and had a room on second floor when we had asked for first. Entrance to the motel from our parking spot was dirty.

Coffee in the room was horrible... didn't even taste like coffee. Only a few options at the breakfast buffet, other hotels offer wider breakfast buffet options. Only one reception clerk on duty when we arrived for an after 4p.m. checkin but was too busy talking to housekeeping to promptly check us in.

The pool is nice, the front lobby area is the nicest part of the hotel. Staff at the front desk was nice, they really tried to accommodate us as best they could so I wanna make sure and acknowledge the employees there at the front desk. Everything else was just kind of average. The room was clean enough, but there were things that were damaged. Our shower did not work so we could only use the bathtub, the door did not latch and you could push it open without having to even turn the handle or have a key. The front desk said someone would come and look at the door but If someone did come, they did not fix it. The room smelt musty. Our bathroom sink did not drain well and the fridge was not cleaned. This is a place where although our kids had fun in the pool, I don’t think we will be back.
