Staff very friendly. Lobby beautiful, rooms clean and smelled good. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite. Small bedroom had no place to put clothing! Breakfast was below average and not replaced very fast when things ran out.

Very clean. Quiet- didn’t hear a peep! Like that the air conditioning came out of ceiling instead of by window like most hotels. Would have liked a better tv to air cast the Packer game from our phone to.

I got there and had to wait 30 min to check in as the front clerk was talking with her GM on how to get into a locked room... There was 2 of them but that was the priority. Once I got into the room Iwas gonna take a shower before I went to bed, but there was no shower curtian. Called the front desk and a guy came up and put it on. Then at 10:45 as I was about to go to sleep someone opened my door, but I had the safety lock on. It was the lady from the front desk asking me if I checked in.... So that made it alot harder to fall asleep. I know that this was most likely a bad day fir the staff, but the cost of a room for only being there for about 9 hours it should be with no issues for me.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Would be nice to have clock in room and directory for tv channels other than having to scroll through guide to find shows. Also would have liked FOX News to be one of the channels . Loved how close property is to river,park and beautiful gardens. Breakfast was ok. Coffee delicious.

The room was verly nice.The bedroom was separate from the main area. The room included a full size refrigerator, a cook too, and a dishwasher. The breakfqast was acceptable by post pandemic standards. The room was one of the nicest I have stayed in but also the most expensive. The proximity to the event I was attending made the expense worthwhile.

Great location, right on the river. Walked the downtown area from the hotel and found many cute stores and a great restaurant. Staff seemed friendly. Breakfast was decent- waffle maker, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and then the other typical breakfast options (bagel, muffins, oatmeal). Pool was small and ice cold. That didn't stop the kids from playing in it. We did get in trouble within 10 minutes of getting into our room for being too loud. I mean, 4 kids in tow after a long road trip- im sure they were a bit loud and restless from being in the car but it was mid day(4pm) so not sure why we needed to be so quiet. It did put stress on the rest of the trip- like we needed to make sure the kids were quiet which i felt was unnecessary.

overall the Grand Stay is a nice place to stay. The carpets need cleaning or replaced. rooms need a good corner cleaning.
