She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."

"Located 10 km from tournai, nice place to spend a few days when visiting family. Car needed as it is not walking distance from anything. It is in the park of a nice castle. Very quiet, green. Rooms are standard, basic decoration. Staff is nice and easygoing. "

"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...
