"I have so many good things to say about Noah's Forest! I've never stayed at a more breathtaking forest resort in my life. It's literally in the middle of a forest teeming with wildlife and vegetation. I got to watch sloths and iguanas right from my villa deck! Andrey, the front desk manager, upgraded us to an incredible state-of-the-art smart villa with an in-ground hot tub overlooking the forest, a huge shower, standing tub, two sinks, electronic curtains, and even a heated bidet. I could go on and on! But the best part was the staff. Cristel and Adrian were always helpful and accessible through WhatsApp. Josué took care of us at dinner, while Javier, Alexis, and Carlos served us breakfast and remembered our names! Carlos even greeted us when we visited their sister property, Tifakara. Jeisson and Kevin were our sloth and frog tour guides, respectively, and did an amazing job spotting wildlife and helping us get pictures. Allan helped with our bags and showed us around the villa. Jackeline, our housekeeper, made adorable towel animals, and Belkis helped us with our bags at our 4 a.m. departure and even prepared breakfast for us to-go! And last but certainly not least, Andrey deserves a special shoutout. I left my backpack (which I've had since sixth grade, almost 20 years!) in an Uber. After three days of getting nowhere with Uber support, Andrey recognized the driver from a picture, made a few calls, and got my backpack back in just THREE HOURS!"

"If you are ok without air-conditioning, you will be beyond pleased. Beautiful surroundings and wonderful staff. Check in was very smooth. Refresh towels and drink was offered and all luggage carried to the room. Restaurant with views of Volcano and lake.........no words"

"Views are beyond beautiful! Property was very clean. Staff, specially the ones in restaurant and lounge area, were extremely friendly and full of suggestions. Breakfast options were VERY limited for someone with egg allergies. Unfortunately there was an issue with plumbing and we didn’t have water the entire last night/morning we were there. Not being able to shower after being in the pool and having to travel all day the next day was quite inconvenient."

"Loved our stay at this resort . Everything was perfect. The hotel restsurant was very good and breakfast ess included . You can pick from a menu. The balcony was awesome in our room. Used it a lot. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would be to add someway to store clothing in room. No closet and limited hanging space."
