The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. “Je suis arrivé très tôt dans l’après-midi et ai été très bien accueilli, la chambre était disponible, tout à fait propre et récemment rénovée ( sauf la petite terrasse). Le petit déjeuner est extrêmement complet. Au quatrième étage, on peut profiter d’une petite piscine et d’un petit local sauna. Il y manque une douche et la décoration est un peu datée, mais c’est agréable et j’ai pu en profiter. L’hôtel est situé dans une zone commerciale, ce qui est pratique, mais assez loin du centre-ville. À...

“The hotel staff were exceptional. very friendly and kind and will go to any length to please you. From the front desk to the dining area and ski rental area, all great people with great customer service. Berangere at the front desk was super kind and professional and did everything to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I was very impressed by all their staff. Very close to the slopes, ski in and ski out. Great location, close to everything. Higlly recommend it. ”

“Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants...
