"UVE is a fantastic base in the Langhe. There are terrific restaurants nearby, including the hotel’s restaurant. The service is absolutely top notch, the team is so kind and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. We hiked from the hotel through world class vineyards, tasted amazing wine, and even rented ebikes, which were organized by the hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

"Breakfast was lovely as was the breakfast room and the smiling staff to greet you in morning. The location is perfect for dining, wine tasting and exploring the area. The property is very very clean, tidy and comfortable and overlook their vineyard. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie plate at happy hour) and then dinner in their restaurant. Dinner was at a fine dining calibre with a modest price tag. Breakfast, included with our stay was filled with freshly baked cakes and pastries, fruit and delicious coffee. As fairly seasoned travellers, expectations in this mid price range are hit and miss. Palazzo Righini hit it out of the park. Grazie Mille!! 🇮🇹❤️"
