"Hotel was ideal for going to disneyland with a free shuttle service to get there and back . We had 2 adjoining family rooms which were lovely with double bed and bunk beds (but nit your standard bunk beds as they are not attached to each other. "Only concern was the heat if the shower. We also had some wasps in our shower. "

"Our cabin was brand new and sparkling clean as were the general facilities with all the special touches you would expect from a Disney property. Unfortunately they were so new that when the AC in our room would not change to cooling mode, nobody from the staff knew how the system worked. We made two calls to the front desk and two visits from the maintenance technicians later it still wasn't resolved. The front desk suggested that the unit couldn't be broke as it was brand new, but couldn't explain why it was stuck in heating mode and suggested we open the windows to our cabin instead. We were there on two consecutive 29 and 30 degree days, therefore this wasn't an optimal solution. "
