"We have stayed here several times over the last year. There were some ups and downs regarding effeciency at the front desk but they have seemed to get their hands on it and resolved the issues."

From check in Jeremiah, was excellent greeted us right from frin door, the youngman( didn't get his name) but he worked Saturday morning 11:00 am was Awesome .The ladies at night on front desk were so polite ,even the room cleaning staff were so professional yet polite. The entire staff exhibited Positive energy from check in thru checkout....I highly recommend this establishment for a home away from home atmosphere☺️ "

"I was put in a room with mold and residue on the shower and vanity top. Also had gum on the bathroom floor with dirt. I was moved to another room and seen they had people working on the room I was previously in. Which makes me wonder why they would sell me that room in the first place. There was also mold and water damage to the ceiling in the bathroom. After being moved to 3 different rooms I was not accommodated because I booked through Expedia. "

"They let me check in 30 minutes early without any extra charges. That was awesome. But when I got to the room it smelt like wet dog there was balls of fur everywhere. The room looked like a room you would see on one of those horror movies. I did call the front desk to ask about the ice they said that their vendor was broken I would have to go across the street to the convenience store. Then when I came back to the room I tried to get the TV to work and it wouldn't work and then later that night I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I checked out of the room on Sunday March 15th I did tell the front desk that they needed to exterminate. "

"Front desk staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Even when not working directly with us for check-in, the young woman at the other counter was friendly, helpful, and polite - even complimented us and recommended a local shop to check out based on "our vibe", which was very sweet. The hotel room itself was gorgeous and immaculately clean and clean-smelling. Thank you, housekeeping staff!! They had the heater on when we arrived, which was appreciated for our cold and windy arrival, but we quickly switched to air conditioning which worked very well. Overall 10/10 experience and very happy to be a Marriott Bonvoy member! Excited for our next stay. "
