The overall stay was ok, but not great by any means.
The check in process was lacking and staff seemed uninterested and tired. They didn't give a review of hotel's amenities, mention the $10 pantry credit, which we wish we could've used, or ask for the floor preference!!
One thing to note is that the AC turns off when not in room, so it takes time for the room to actually cool down to the set temperature once inside. The lowest temperature the ac can be set to is 66 F.
The bathroom door was really dusty and needs a good cleaning.

"We have a great time and truly enjoyed our time, room and spa was really clean, and we will be back, just a just a few minor points: the bathrobes were given in the room but no sleepers, given rooms had no carpet and hotel is a 4 stars, I would expect sleepers as a must, also the rooms lack tea/coffe ..."
