Nous avons passรฉ un excellent sรฉjour dans cet hรดtel ! Le resort est vaste, trรจs calme et parfaitement adaptรฉ aux familles. Le personnel a รฉtรฉ remarquable dans tous les services : toujours aimable, attentionnรฉ et souriant. Un clin dโลil particulier aux femmes de chambre, qui ont eu la dรฉlicatesse de mettre en scรจne les jeux de nos enfants dans la chambre, ce qui a beaucoup amusรฉ toute la famille !

โWe found the Hotel owner (Eli) to be very helpful & approachable on all levels. The Hotel was considered to be of a very good standard (for a 3 star). The Pool / Bar/ Foyer areas were very clean and to a high standard, the sunbeds were comfy and the pool was clean / well maintained.
Our room (top floor) had everything we needed, inc good AC & kitchen area & view down to the coast. The room was cleaned to a high standard whenever needed.

Hersonissis for me isnโt somewhere I would visit again, I donโt like the vibe in the strip. However, Koutouloufari is a ten minute walk from this hotel and is wonderful.
The staff at the hotel are really very nice, Erika in particular is a great host and an asset to this hotel.โ

Points nรฉgatifs : malgrรฉ 4 appels ร la rรฉception et le passage (probable) d'un technicien, la climatisation ne produisait aucune fraรฎcheur. 28 degrรฉs dans la chambre, impossible d'avoir une vraie nuit de sommeil donc. Pour un hรดtel en Crete ร plus de 350โฌ la nuit et affichant 4 รฉtoiles, ce n'est pas vraiment...
