"Some internet connection issues fixed quickly by staff. Daily water bottles. Very cool AC. Very responsive staff. Easy luggage storage. Unfortunately every night of our stay there was a loud concert at the park across the street until at least 10pm, I’m not going to put that on the hotel but something to be aware of before booking."

"We had the best stay at this hotel, from our 20 yrs of traveling all over the world. Everything was amazing with this hotel. The hotel is well built and insulated, no noise from the street at all, whether from our room on the 4th floor or from the lobby. The room is super spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, with lots of amenities. The customer service was amazing as well, end to end. They receive and bring packages to our room including Grab food orders, among other services that are completely complimentary. We truly enjoyed the hotel and will definitely be back here next time we are in HCM city. "
