โWe stayed for just one night in a standard room for two (without a balcony), and we were very pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, with plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings โ much more than we expected. The dรฉcor was simple and minimalistic, and although there was no mini bar, it didnโt take away from our comfort at all.

โEnjoy the finest of Swiss Customer service in this hotel. We visited the hotel during winter for a white Christmas experience, the hotel is nestled at the foot of Les diablerets. This hotel meets the warmth you need in winter. Very friendly staff, clean and good food. โ

โStaffs were very kind and accessibility to transportations are very easy. Only thing would be better is having refrigerator in every room and some kind of air conditioner or fans for some hot rooms during the day. I know its mountain side and its cooler still there were some hot rooms that could be uncomfortable for certain peope. But thankfully they changed me into the cooler room which was empty.โ
โWOW!! Stunning views, first class staff, gorgeous old-world luxury with all the modern convenience. Food was exceptional! This place is truly in another league, very special. We will remember our stay as the highlight of our trip.โ
โHotel Macchi is beautifully situated in Chatel with rooms facing the mountains and slopes.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We were given recommendations on sites to see and visits to do in the area.
The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the food is our of this world.
